NOTE: If you don’t have all of the above fruits, don’t panic. You can use the following: Bananas, 1 medium size cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 slice of pineapple.
Also, you can add Kale and Spinach vegetable (if you can get it. But if not, the above will do nicely)
STEP 2: Wash and cut the fruits and put it all in a juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender instead just like i did in the picture below:
STEP 3: Then add a little bit of clean drinking water (for easy blend) and blend the entire mixture until it forms a smooth smoothie
STEP 4: Then pour the smoothie mixture into a drinking glass that you will drink it from and put it in the fridge for it to chill. (see below pix)
STEP 5: Drink afterwards. If it thickens, you can always use straw to drink it too. So there you go, that is how to make a perfect smoothie.
FINAL NOTE: If you don’t like smoothie, remember that you can always make a fruit salad out of the list of ingredients and eat them raw too. It will serve same purpose.
