Dear Fat Loss Subscriber,
One of the main questions I get from many subscribers that call
me or send me email is:
"Coach Olu, Please I want
to Lose 20kg
Of Fat in 30 Days. Please help me with a plan that
will allow me to do this".
And every time I tell them NOT to try
it, they get very disappointed and sometimes think that that I
don't really want them to have good result. But the TRUTH is...I
really want them to have good result.
Maybe you have that same question
yourself. What I am going to tell you is EXACTLY why I
don't advise that you do so.
You see, when you go on an extreme
crash diet, or take slimming pills that makes you lose weight
too quickly, your body fat starts to drop off too quickly than
what your body can cope with, but then leaves you with another
BIG problem that you probably might need surgery to solve. The
problem of LOOSE HANGING SKIN, like the one in the
picture below:
By loosing weight too quickly, your
skin loses its elasticity and it will become drapy, saggy
and not return to its previous size.
And when this happen, the only
solution at this time will be to undergo surgical operation
which cosmetic surgeons call "Body Lift" to remove these excess
skins and I have news for you;
It's NOT Cheap!
Not only that, they are serious
operations that can have complications
That is why you MUST lose weight
gradually over time and allow your body to recover and
adjust to the gradual decrease in your body fat and let Nature
runs it course of shrinking your skin as the fat reduces.
This means, do not aim to lose more
than 8 - 10 kg at most in a month. So quit trying to run the
race against time so you can lose 20kg or 25kg of fat in 4
weeks. Instead, spread this over 3 - 4 months.
By the time you are done, you will
have a fit, toned and amazing body and your skin will become
flawless too. You don't want your body to be like the one in the
picture above.
The Bottom Line....
Lose weight the healthy way. If your
wedding is coming up or you have an important event or function
to attend and you want to look good, start losing weight early.
Don't wait till one month before the event to get started. Today
is your start day. Don't delay.
