A lot of people give excuses as to why they are unable to lose weight or get result from their weight loss.
As a fat loss coach, i receive many e-mails and some of them are made up of these excuses….
Excuse #1: I don’t know what to eat to lose weight
Excuse #2: All the Weight Loss Foods Are Expensive
Excuse #3: I am too busy to prepare food for weight loss
I am not sure if you have made any of this excuses at some point in the past before, or that you currently make them.
If you don’t know what to eat to lose weight, I am about to show you EXACTLY what to eat that will help you lose weight.
Not only that, these foods are affordable and you can get most of them from the local market women out there.
And many of them are very easy to prepare without any fuss at all.
You currently cook many of the meals you eat right?
The weight loss meals that you will swap to start eating from now henceforth will not take you more time than you currently spend to prepare the meals that you are eating right now.
They are healthy ingredients that are naturally low in sugar that you can put together to make a full meal to eat on a daily basis on your weight loss journey.

She is a mother of 3 boys, and she is 38 years old and she has been able to maintain a slim figure.
She is an actress and director, and here’s her drinking smoothies made from fruits and vegetables which I have listed above.

Apart from Omoni, other celebrities such as Dakore Akande, Omotola Jalade-Ekehinde, Mercy Johnson, Kate Henshaw all follow a healthy living routine using these 34 super foods that I mentioned above and more.
Well, it’s because a lot of us admire their body figure and wish we can have something like that.
We believe that many of them use some special weight loss surgery, specific tea, or even some form of pills etc.
No, They are regular people like you and me, and they followed a healthy based weight loss diet that helps them remain beautiful and youthful in their looks.
Luckily for you, you too can incorporate these foods into your diet and start seeing result on your body within 2-3 weeks.
