In today’s article, I want to talk to you about a serious health matter that you must be concerned about especially if you weigh between 80kg - 150kg.

And that is the problem of Obesity.

Obesity is used to describe a person who is overweight, with a lot of body fat.

So if you have excess rolls of fat on your body, then you should pay attention to this email.
