These Two Workouts Will Melt Fat Off Your Body

These fat burning workout has been PROVEN to burn fat faster if you do it for 10 minutes only. And the good thing is that, you do not need to go to the gym to do these workouts. You can do it, right in the comfort of your home. Without wasting time, here’s the two fat burning workouts for you:

 Fat Burning Workout #1 – Climbers Exercise

Step 1: Begin in a push up position on the hands and toes.

Step 2: Bring the right knee in towards the chest, resting the foot on the floor.

Step 3: Jump up and switch feet in the air, bringing the left foot in and the right foot back.

Step 4: Continue alternating the feet as fast as you safely can for 30-60 seconds.

Fat Burning Workout #2 – Body Squats

squat Step #1 – Take a few deep breaths, exhale and bend your knees and allow your body to sink towards the ground as if you were sitting in a chair.

Step #2 – Once your thigh become parallel to the floor, use your lower body muscles to push yourself back up to the starting position. Do this in 10 repetitions of body squats.
